We also use the PII to assess and improve our services. We will not share any personal credit card or other financial information associated with an individual with any third party, except as necessary to facilitate or process a financial transaction or comply with a legal obligation. We may hire third-party vendors to provide specialized services such as customer support; email message deployment; suppression, merge and de-duplication services; data processing; and special products or services that you have requested. We reserve the right to provide any successor in interest with our subscriber and user databases. We may share your name, email address, physical address and other demographic information with partners, affiliates or entities with which we share common interests or perspectives in order to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality of our service, and to send you information about products or services that may be of interest to you.
To the extent the information you provide to us includes a wireless device, your provision of such information represents your agreement to be contacted on that device by email and text (SMS) message, and your receipt of notice that your wireless provider may charge you in connection with receipt of incoming calls or messages. You may revoke authorization to be contacted by such means at any time (see the Edits/Opt Out Options section below). Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We collect the IP address of our Users and use that data to gather broad demographic information about our Users. We also may use cookies to enhance your experience with our website. "Cookies" are small files containing a string of characters that uniquely identify your browser. We may use this data to tailor our Users’ experiences, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. We may share demographic information with our members, supporters, partners and affiliates on an aggregate basis. This information does not relate to a single identifiable User or identify you personally. It tells such things as how many users visited our Website, clicked on a particular advertisement, searched for a particular term and the pages accessed. If you have set your computer to reject cookies you can still browse our Website anonymously until such time as you wish to register for an offer or service.
Like most Websites, we use log files. Log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and the number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the Website, track user movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
Pages on our Website may contain "web beacons" (also known as internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). Web beacons allow third parties to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, the type of browser used to view the page, and information in cookies set by the third party. We use log files to store the data that is collected through web beacons.
DPC may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our technology, customized content and advertising. We also use this information to determine levels of revenue sharing between us and our partners and affiliates.

Security
DPC takes precautions to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. These precautions help protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, we cannot guarantee the total security of that PII, or that we will be immune from hacking incidents or security breaches.
